This stunning Central Saanich residence was designed by Helen Pang, a talented and emerging architect based in Vancouver, BC. With its open-concept layout and modern aesthetic, the home offers a seamless blend of contemporary design and functionality.

One of its most striking features is the staircase, which connects the main living area to the upper-floor bedrooms. Crafted with structural Paralam beams wrapped in MDF with a sleek painted finish, the staircase is complemented by vertical grain fir treads with a rich stained finish. The custom metal handrail, designed and fabricated by Iron Art and Fabrication, adds an industrial yet refined touch.

The home’s kitchen and built-ins feature beautifully crafted solid wood cabinetry made from Beechwood, paired with elegant quartz solid surface countertops, ensuring both durability and style.
