We have been in the house for two months now, and are very pleased with the comfort and quality throughout. We had interviewed many builders before we met with you. None inspired trust and confidence in proceeding with our project that we had with you after our first meeting. You were prompt and accurate with your price quotation and proposal. We were pleased that throughout the project that you were prompt in returning our calls and that you took the time to work with us, as decisions were required. The project proceeded on time and closely followed the work schedule that you provided at the beginning of the project. Throughout the project it was evident that you and your sub-trades are very conscientious about your work. We also appreciated the generous time and assistance Jacqueline provided in assisting us with the interior finish decisions. We would not hesitate to refer you to any of our family or friends.

Peter built our house many years ago, and I can attest to the quality of construction maintained over the years; it is still as solid as the day when we first moved in. He came with a crew that was well trained, and very professional. We are very appreciative of his work, and I highly recommend him for your future project.

We feel that PSC should be extremely proud of the quality of work that is done on each and every project. PSC completed two projects for us – the initial building of our home and completing our basement just over a year later. The attention to detail in the finishing of our home i.e. mouldings, curved banisters was amazing. Every time we have friends over they compliment PSC and we are proud to show our home off. Peter recently completed building our dream home. We had built before and had run into difficulties with our builder. This time we were determined to get it right! We interviewed a number of builders before choosing Peter. At our first meeting, without us asking, he handed us a list of his previous clients' contact information and said to feel free to call any of them — we did. Peter is forthcoming and real with the costs of construction. He won't low ball you to get the job and then turn around and tell you it's more in the end. What you see is what you get. We also appreciated his wealth of contacts within the building industry and could see how much people respected him and his work. He's very detail oriented. We’ve used Peter Schultze Construction for 3 major renovations on our home. Peter and his crew were the consummate professionals. Here are a few reasons why we chose Peter for each project: - Clear communication throughout the renovations. We had never done renos of that size before and it was fantastic to be continually kept in the loop as to what was happening, when, and why. I’ve heard from friends that their builder kept them in the dark most of the time, and that trades just showed up without notice and they could never get a hold of their contractor — not so with Pete.
