For over 30 years, Peter Schultze Construction Ltd. has been building and renovating homes across Greater Victoria. Founded by Peter Schultze, a second-generation builder with deep roots in the local community, our company is built on trust, craftsmanship, and an unwavering commitment to quality.

A legacy of building

Born and raised in Victoria, Peter began his construction career as a teenager working alongside his father. After completing his apprenticeship in 1986, he started his own business in 1990, focusing on spec homes before shifting to custom homes in 2008. Over the years, he’s built over 90 homes and played a key role in developing communities like Royal Bay. Today, Peter’s expertise extends to large-scale renovations, including multi-unit apartment projects that require strict adherence to safety codes and certification standards.

A family business, built to last

Peter’s three sons are actively involved in the company, ensuring a strong future for the business. Two are Red Seal carpentry apprentices, learning the trade from the ground up, while the eldest—an accountant with an MBA—handles financials, proposals, and cost tracking. PSC clients appreciate the transparency of our detailed, real-time budget spreadsheets, ensuring they always know where their money is going.
